This section aims to centralize recent or already published legislative, jurisprudential and doctrinal documentation on Luxembourg arbitration law. Everyone is encouraged to contribute towards this section by making available to the TTA all new case law decisions or doctrinal contributions, keeping in line with the Think Tank’s noncommercial vocation.
