The Think Tank for Arbitration

The TTA’s purpose is to develop, promote and inform about arbitration in Luxembourg. Since its creation in 2013, the TTA unites lawyers, judges and academics passionate about arbitration.

The TTA is committed to improving arbitration in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Its main activity is to contribute towards the development of a modern framework for arbitration rules in Luxembourg.

The TTA also plays a role in advocating arbitration. Another objective is to collect and make accessible a data base of all judicial decisions and articles of doctrine in relation to arbitration. In addition, it also regularly organises conferences about the laws and practices of arbitration in Luxembourg.
